Raindrops
Raindrops on my roof,
bringing the painful truth,
aint nowhere to run, ain't nowhere to hide.
Fast wind in my face,
ain't no big disgrace,
you can turn back home any time./
you can turn your nose back any time./
I can point my shoes home any time./
I can point my toes home any time.
I've tried to find those answers, but answers can't be found.
They come around.
I've tried to dig for freedom, found freedom in my mind.
From time to time.
There ain't wells or mountains we can't climb.
Sunshine in your raven eyes,
the cornerstone of my demise,/
churcbells or my demise,
your reason is not in this bucket of time./
I know you can't stay but I don't know why.
Moonlight in your dark hair,
blowing/flowing everywhere.
Yet another treasure for me to hide.
I've tried to find those answers, but answers can't be found.
They come around.
I've tried to dig for freedom, found freedom in my mind.
From time to time.
There ain't wells or mountains we can't climb.
